Full Management
Our full management service is competitively priced with the emphasis on stress free letting and a keen eye for detail. This inclusive package initially includes:
- Marketing of the Property
- Viewings
- Tenant Investigations, References and Vetting
- Preparation of all legal Documents
- Inventory Listing
- Checking in
- Collection of bond and monthly rent (The bond will be kept in a deposit protection scheme whereas the rent will be automatically credited to the landlords account).
During the term of the tenancy we will carry out periodic inspections to make sure your property is in a good state of repair and just how you left it when assigning the management over to us.
On your instruction if any maintenance issues do come to light, we will arrange or recommend the necessary repairs using the most cost effective methods.
We will liaise with the tenant as the tenancy nears the term and renew or re-advertise as required. This Service is suitable for Landlords who are not residing locally, or would rather not deal with the Tenants directly, preferring all aspects to be handled by an Agent.
Letting Only
Our letting only package includes the initial marketing of the property as well as finding suitable tenants. After thorough referencing and vetting has been carried out we then prepare all legal documents as well as an inventory if required and collect the bond and the first month's rent to be passed onto you (after the deduction of our agreed fees).
From then on the management and rent collection will be your responsibility as well as carrying out any repairs or maintenance.
